Inspiring stories, talent and remarkable people came together at The Maritime Museum in Amsterdam for the Diversity Awards. Inclusion was not merely a theme; it could be felt throughout the programme.
From programming to artist coordination
La Luna supported both the programming and organisation of the event. Behind the scenes, we coordinated the artists and protected the flow between performances, presentations and key moments.
That work begins long before the doors open. Clear agreements about timing, production, hospitality and changeovers give artists the confidence to perform and help the audience experience one coherent programme.
A programme that connects
Both the performers and the personal stories received the attention they deserved. The result felt warm and considered while retaining energy and pace.
At the end of the evening we were unexpectedly invited onto the stage and thanked for our contribution. It was a special reminder of how many people and disciplines come together behind a successful production.
