This policy applies to visitors to our website, prospective and existing clients, suppliers, performers, business relations and other people whose personal data is processed by La Luna.

2. What personal data do we process?

We process information that you provide to us, for example through the contact form, email, telephone, messaging applications or a personal conversation. Depending on the enquiry, this may include:

• Your name and contact details, such as email address, telephone number and address.
• Details about your organisation or the commissioning party.
• Information about the event, venue, date and number of guests.
• Agreements, preferences and other information required for advice, planning and delivery.
• Invoice and payment details when an agreement is concluded.

You are not required to provide personal data. Without certain information, however, we may be unable to answer an enquiry or deliver our services properly.

When a business agreement is concluded, information that forms part of our administration is generally retained for seven years after the end of the relevant financial year, in line with Dutch tax retention requirements.

An email address used for our newsletter is retained until you unsubscribe.

We only share personal data when this is necessary to deliver our services or comply with a legal obligation. This may include coordination with performers, venues, production suppliers, administrative service providers or a newsletter service.
